So, I recently had the privilege of attending DjangoCon Africa 2023 in the enchanting island of Zanzibar, Tanzania, and let me tell you, it was more than just a tech conference. Zanzibar, with its friendly folks and the chill vibe in the air, set the perfect scene for Django enthusiasts to gather and geek out.

Zanzibar deserves a shoutout. The place is like a dream — from the historical Stone Town to the serene beaches, it was the perfect mix of tech talks and island vibes. Huge thanks to the organisers for picking this gem of a location!

Workshop Vibes: Exploring Space Data and High-Fives 🚀

Now, let's dive into the workshop I led. We rolled up our sleeves and got hands-on with extracting space data from an API, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of epic! Watching the excitement light up participants' faces as they finally got to crack the code was the absolute highlight.
