WHO WE ARE

Project "Co-Feed Namibia" is a citizen-driven initiative whose purpose is to mobilize food supplies and other basic necessities for distribution to the vulnerable within our communities in response to the national lockdown necessitated by the Covid-19 pandemic. Co-Feed Namibia aims to provide a platform for willing citizens to create an impact by assisting directly to mitigate the inevitable shortage of basic necessities expected amongst the vulnerable members of our community.

WHAT WE DO

Our key FOCUS is to coordinate volunteer efforts, donation and pledges from ordinary citizens and businesses. As a community-driven volunteer initiative, the project seeks to complement the overall efforts initiated by the Namibian Government and shall follow established guidelines from the relevant public offices.

Our project does not collect or handle any cash contributions.

WHY DONATE

Our targeted groups are vulnerable communities, particularly residents from informal settlements and those that are likely to be impacted the most under a prolonged lockdown scenario. To maximize our effort, Co-feed Namibia will rely on donations from both individuals and businesses
